Entry & Arrival: SANCTUM is hosted in our Studio space, accessed through the entrance at the southwest corner of Ladbroke Hall, at the corner of Barlby Road and Rootes Drive. Please note that the main entrance to Ladbroke Hall is not accessible before the class.
Join SANCTUM for a 55-minute Sanctum Signature Sequence, a transformative movement experience designed to empower the body and expand the mind. Combining ecstatic dance, martial arts, and primal fitness to the beat of energising electronic music, the experience is designed to unlock human potential through physical challenge and mindful euphoria. Premium Manduka PROlite yoga mats and wet face towels are provided.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure your spots. Doors close 2 minutes before the class start time; no late entries are permitted.
